Yesterday C had a field trip (tidepooling, so fun!) and was allowed to come home right after instead of going back to school. John was home (although working in his office) and C wanted to stay home when I went to get J. I also had to go to UPS to send the table pictured in my last post (YAY!!) Fine. C was told he could stay home but needed to find something quiet to do. I left, got to my car, and realized I had forgotten something. (that fast) Came back in the house just in time to see C's body very slowly and quietly slipping into the living room (through the dining room). Uh oh. I knew he was up to something! I asked him to come back into the kitchen and show me what he had. Um, he had a 1/4 c. measuring cup FILLED to the top with sugar that he was planning on eating! OMW!! Needless to say, he was NOT allowed to stay home when I went to pick up J nor was he allowed to stay home when J had his dentist appointment later in the afternoon. We are in serious trouble with this one. Serious trouble.

Too funny... he IS a mess! And I'm sure he is also too sweet already to need 1/4 cup of sugar!
OH C. Lady would be so in on that one. She's my sneak (blueberry ice cream in her bed at naptime anyone?)
plain sugar??? at least my kids sneak good stuff! I hope you both had a great morning together!
