Valentine Cookie fun!

I volunteered to make some heart shaped cookies for J's 4th grade Valentine's Day Party.  Apparently the 4th grade goes all out!  It was fun making them this evening (although I am beginning to think i have a hard time saying "no"!!)
the royal icing in just a tad of water so it doesn't dry up.
the cookies after piping the border.
and the final product!  I have a lot of fun working with royal icing. :)  Good thing my darling husband is working on the laundry though, these took a while!

Happy Valentine's Day Dear Blogger Friends!

Oh Gabi- these cookies are amazing!

I saw your comment over at our blog about updating your master bath soon and I wanted to tell you about The Yellow Cape Cod blog. She did a fantastic job in her master- even used grout paint to update their tile. I thought you might be able to glean something from her clever redo. : )

Have a great day! I love your style!

Hi Gabi!

You don't have to post this comment, but I couldn't email for some reason. Have you seen the Celebrate magazine by Hoffman? It's super cute and has you and your cute craftiness written all over it!
